07/06/2021

There's a lot to love across the family of Starry Night properties. And we've had the honor of hearing some of the specifics from a number of happy guests over the years, both in-person and in online reviews. Good or bad, we always value feedback to understand how to improve or when we're on the right track. From hotel to campground, from services to amenities and the friendly faces at reception, here are a few of the shoutouts we've received and taken to heart at Starry Night Lodging.

Western Heritage Inn Travelodge by Wyndham Bozeman

One guest via Google reviews gave the Bozeman Western Heritage Inn kudos for having great value and friendly staff, saying it's "the best bang for your buck hotel...let me tell you, I've stayed at more expensive motels that have offered less. Great stay, definitely worth every cent."

A guest who shared their experience on Hotels.com appreciated the cleanliness, facilities, comfort, and staff/service, describing the interior as a "Super cool old hunting and western vibe on the inside," and shouting out the wonderful staff and location that gives easy access to "restaurants and Montana State University."

On Google reviews, another visitor describes this as the best hotel she's ever stayed at, highlighting room cleanliness and the kind and helpful staff. Each Highline Adventures property keeps cleaning procedures top of mind (both during COVID and every day), and our trained staff strive to share the best of the region while providing top service to each guest.

Travelodge by Wyndham Gardiner Yellowstone Park North

One traveler staying at the Travelodge by Wyndham in Gardiner gave us a, "Great Stay! Quick access to Yellowstone entrance. Plenty of dining options within walking distance or a short drive." Beyond the location, they noticed the eco-friendly additions at the property. And, of course, the fresh coffee and tea available around the clock "helped for some of our early morning activities."

Friendly service came up, again and again, review after review. Another guest chiming in on Google also pointed to the staff as a reason for their five-star review, highlighting quick thinking and forethought from friendly front desk staff (shout out to Alan!) that really made their stay. They also pointed out the "low-contact solutions" designed to handle COVID concerns, including a grab-and-go breakfast.

Glacier Peaks RV Park and Campground

At Glacier Peaks, one traveler appreciates the "family-friendly staff" and hidden gem quality that gives good value for your money.

Another past guest describes being "met by lovely people who helped me book a cabin." They also point out that Glacier Peaks is "very pet friendly" with a dog area for your canine's exercise. They follow up with, "I originally requested one night but increased my stay because it's so delightful! I hesitate to post this, as I run the risk of revealing Columbia Falls' best-kept secret."

She goes on to spill the beans, though, saying, "But what a find it was! First, Helen and Cami at the front desk were so welcoming and hospitable. The park itself is beautiful and rustic. Our pull-thru 50 amp site was plenty long for us to park our 35-foot RV and still have room to unhook and comfortably park our Ford F350 long-bed truck. The sites are close, but not so close that you feel uncomfortable sitting outside. There is a very large pet area with some trees around the perimeter for shade. My two labs appreciated this very much. We RV full-time, and this was one of our favorite parks. It's close to Glacier NP and amenities but still feels like wilderness camping."

To all of our guests, thank you for staying, and we hope to have you back again! For more information on each of the Highline Adventures properties and book your stay now, learn more here.
