Highline Adventures is pleased to announce that all four of its hotels received 2020 "Best of" awards from Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, ranking high within each of their hotel brands, including Super 8, Baymont, and Travelodge.
Wyndham announced in April 2021, noting that these awards are a testament to hotels' exceptional level of service, quality, and commitment to excellence.
"We cannot thank you and your hotel's team members enough for letting nothing get in the way of delivering "Count on Me" experiences to guests during one of the most challenging periods our industry has ever faced – all while putting health and safety first with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' Count on Us® initiatives," the notice from Wyndham said.
In order to qualify for a "Best of" award, hotels must have:
Currently, the Baymont by Wyndham in Bozeman ranks 174th out of 500 Baymont hotels across the nation based on "Guest Focused Quality," a ranking that compiles all online guest reviews across Google, Facebook, and other social channels. The Super 8 by Wyndham in Gardiner ranks 126th out of 1,512 Super 8 hotels; the Travelodge in Gardiner ranks 157th out of 402 Travelodge hotels; the Western Heritage Inn by Travelodge ranks 53rd out of 402 Travelodge hotels.
"At Highline Adventures, we appreciate the accountability and standard of service that comes with being a Wyndham partner," said Eric Sheckleton, Co-owner, and CEO of Highline Adventures. "Our values of Montana hospitality align easily with Wyndham's commitment to quality and service. We appreciate the company's support and trust as we navigated a difficult year for the travel and hospitality industry."
In addition to holding a high standard of guest service, Highline Adventures is also working to become a leader in sustainability with its Wyndham hotels – a goal that Wyndham has eagerly supported. Highline's hotels were some of the first to become certified in the Wyndham Green Program, and each year Highline is working toward moving up in the levels of certification.
Since then, Highline has installed water bottle refill stations, solar power, and reduced waste in the way of complimentary breakfast and plastic products in many of its hotels.
The team at Highline Adventures looks forward to another year of standout guest service at their four hotels in Montana. It will continue to go above and beyond to provide a sustainable and welcoming travel experience.
